Fairmount Heights Facelift

Sold February 2022, 27% Over Asking – I gave this project a full facelift to bring the home to market. I had the interior cleaned up, painted and staged in order to present it to potential buyers in the best possible light.

Miraloma Fixer

Sold May 2021, 40% Over Asking – This is an example of what I accomplished with a full scope project. I designed and project managed a full remodel of this home including: kitchen, living/dining, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, exterior, and major systems replacement.

Sunnyside Clean Up

Sold March 2022, 35% Over Asking – This project is an example of a medium scale project that I managed and brought to market. I had the interior cleaned up, painted throughout, installed new flooring and fixtures/hardware, and staged to make the home shine.

Bernal Revamp

Sold November 2022, 23% Over Asking – For this project, I had the interior thoroughly cleaned, painted inside and out, rehabilitated the hardwood flooring, installed new modernized fixtures, landscaped the yard, and staged to revamp the home.
